Nighthawk Introduction - Page 31

Don't know if anyone is interested, but I put a picture of Oberon up in the gallery.

Now, if I want to make some changes to it, can I fix it up, then have the 1st deleted and repost it? Also, how do I know which boards allow pictures to be posted in them?

I read your blog and saw that your back was sore after your outing to the storehouse. Is it feeling any better now? When I have sore muscles, I use something called theragesic. I don't know if it will help you, but it helps my shoulder, which has a loose tendon that moves and hurts. Its an analgesic cream, but it seems to work better than most.

I have heard of theragesic, but have never gotten any to try.

I was suffering some fairly severe back pain on Saturday, so I finally took a muscle relaxant before going to bed. I slept for almost 12 hours, but when I finally got up most of the pain was gone.

Mainly I need to find the stretching exercises that will help me to get over these pains in my back.

Glad to hear its getting better. Im sure stretching will help allot, especially in the area of prevention. I think that the muscle relaxers will do a better job than any topical analgesic cream I could recommend.laugh.gif.

Nighthawk Introduction

Well there is some news about my injured finger. It is likely that the tendon is snapped. I can't bend the end of my finger at all. There is no muscle support at all when I am typing, so the joint starts hurting quickly when I am typing, if I use that finger. S,W, X & 2 are all a bit difficult to type.

I am making an appointment to see a hand surgeon, hopefully next week. Probably have to have surgery. I can handle the thought of surgery, and even physical therapy. The thought of a finger splint that will get in the way of my computer life is what bothers me the most. wink.gif
