Introduction Nighthawk
Ok, I'm back from the surgery, but a little groggy. It sure is a pain to type with just one hand, though.He was able to find the tendon and reattach it. So, all my fingers are immobilized. I guarantee there won't be any of my looonnnnggg messages anytime soon.

Glad to hear the surgery went so well. Now the really hard part begins...recovery. Just make sure you do all of the rehab exercises when it is time and do them as often as they tell you. Nighthawk Introduction
Well it is very interesting the way I have figured out how to type. I hold a chopstick in my left hand, held by the thumb, since all my fingers are bandaged together. So, I type with my right hand, and hunt and peck with the chopstick. It is slow, but not as bad as trying to hunt and peck with just one finger. I am glad you came through everything fine and that your finger was able to be fully repaired. Do you know how long the expected recovery time is? How long will you be wrapped up and then how long do you expect to be in therapy? I had my surgery early December (not this year, about 3 years ago) and was told 10 days recovery...However, I was in therapy until March. It was well worth it though.I am glad you have found a way to type with the chopstick. Pretty clever...
