Nighthawk Introduction
Those are all contributors, and I am working on them. The sleep study should identify other things.
For example, when I do have a bit of a problem going to sleep, part of it is that I can't get my legs comfortable. If this is rather severe during sleep, it is "restless leg syndrome" and can keep people from entering the deep sleep cycles.
Another thing I have noticed is that I sleep very deeply from about 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM. I can stay up until 2:00 in the morning, and if I can sleep until 7:00, I feel fine. But if I go to sleep at 9:00 or 10:00, and get up at 5:00 (my normal schedule), then I frequently am beat all day. In fact, several times lately, I have been so soundly asleep at 5:00, that I couldn't
find the alarm to turn it off.
Again, the sleep study should
help identify some of these things.
