KINGSTON, Jamaica: Jamaica is to amend its Constitution to facilitate the Diaspora and remove the bar against lawmakers sitting in the House if they have lived more than 12 months outside of Jamaica. The country will also delete the section that disqualifies persons who have pledged allegiance or obedience.
