Ministry steps in to remove 'I'll-treated' children from foster home

EIGHT brain-damaged children were rescued from a Trincity foster home after allegations of mistreatment were levelled against its director, according to the Ministry of Social Development. Ref. Source 6

My goodness, what a monster! I don't have words that can describe how someone can abuse a mentally ill child, it is just beyond me. I am sure there are many cases like this one in several orphanages or "homes" in Trinidad. Scary!
