One more victim of beasts in human form that are disguised as parents and caregivers. The judicial system failed little Kelsey terribly by allowing the mother to have custody of the child even though she had signs of abuse. Even the judge to blame for the whole thing profited about the whole issue by writing a book. Disgusting.
