Will touch-screens replace mice?
Mickey, the world's best-known mouse, used two big buttons to hold up his pants, a point that had not the slightest influence on Doug Engelbart when he made the world's first computer mouse in 1963. Engelbart's mouse, whittled from wood, had only one button. Ref. Source 4
I know I like to use a mouse and while a touch screen sounds nice how many times do you have to clean it because of the finger prints on the screen? I thin a mouse will keep the screen free of a lot of unnecessary finger prints.
