Being raised on a farm and working in a farming state I can tell you that many farm fields are not planted on some years and the government pays the farmers to do this. If the land that is available and the lands that are in other parts of the world that are not producing food were we would see that there is no hunger in this world. The fact that you have some people who will not allow some of the lands to be planted shows why we have hunger.
