What are your thoughts about Katie Stam, Miss America 2009? I saw her on Fox, she was quite poised and intelligent in her answers. She wanted to express that unlike Miss USA the Miss America contest is different and more structured. She also announced that Miss Puerto Rico will be in the competition after some 50 years.
