In quashing the 100-metre marks in the butterfly and freestyle on Sunday in Amsterdam, Marleen Veldhuis said she proved that the swimmer is more important than what is worn in the pool.

I do not think it is the suit as much as the swimmer myself. I think that records are going to continue to fall as swimmers are getting better with work outs of weights and endurance. The next world games is going to be interesting in the swimming competitions.
