Chrysler and the Canadian Auto Workers union have reached a tentative agreement that will save the car maker $240 million a year, CAW president Ken Lewenza announced Friday night.

year M company save deal reach CAW Chrysler

That is good news but I do not think it is going to keep Chrysler out of bankruptcy. I think it will help them a lot on the restructuring that will come with the bankruptcy.
