Clinton adopts low-key style at State Dept.
If that sort of dynamic bothers Clinton, she hasn't let it show. A year after conceding the Democratic nomination to Obama, and four months after becoming his secretary of State, the former first lady and New York senator has settled into her next act: a supporting role as the top diplomat for a president who is his own global ambassador. Hillary gaff
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apparently doesn't like when people ask her what her husband thinks about something. She got very snippy when a student asked her what her husband thought about a particular issue. Hillary angrily responded with "I'm the Secretary of State" nonsense, as if she was in the third grade. The best part is that's not even what the student asked. Through a translator the student was asking Hillary what Obama thought. Ref. Source 4
Pro-Abortion Hillary Clinton Says Second Term as Secretary of State Not Likely
Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Hillary Clinton says it is not likely that she will serve a second term as Secretary of State should pro-abortion President Barack Obama win re-election to another term. Clinton, an abortion advocate herself, has taken Obama's mandate to promote abortion across the globe.
In an interview expected tonight on the PBS show Tavis Smiley Reports Clinton indicates she would probably not serve a second term.
"You see how tough the job is, can you imagine yourself doing all four years and, if asked, doing it for another four years?" Smiley asks. "No, I really can't. I mean, it is just"¦" Clinton responds.
"No to what? All four or eight?" the host interjects. Clinton responds, "The whole, the whole eight, I mean, that that would be very challenging. But I, you know, I don't want to make any predictions sitting here, I'm honored to serve, I serve at the pleasure of the President, but it's a, it's a 24/7 job, and I think at some point, I will be very happy to pass it on to someone else."
The pro-abortion former presidential candidate also ruled out a future presidential bid. Ref. Source 7
