WASHINGTON (AP) - The government's long-awaited "stress-test" results have found that 10 of the nation's 19 largest banks need a total of about $75 billion in new capital to withstand losses if the recession worsens. Ref. USAToday

Stress Test Result Delayed History & Civil Business Politics

For all of this capital they gave the banks I have not seen a lot of new investments or loans given out to the people so that we can hopefully get us back on the right track. I have seen the big CEO get nice bonuses though. Now they need 75 billion more. Let them fail we need something better.
