The parents of an 11-year-old boy killed in a hit-and-run in Bristol are to appeal to the owner of the car to give herself up. Ref. Source 9

Dead Year Run Hit

I hope this lady comes forward and faces what she did. IF you hit a child or anyone else it is humane of you to stop and render aid if you can. To keep going and not tell anyone of what you did is just wrong. If the person does not come forward I hope they can live with the fact that they killed and innocent child.
