I would have to agree that he may not have been the right frame of mind when he pushed his son over the balcony and then jumped behind him with his two year old daughter. I can only think of the terror that went through the kids as the plunged to the ground. I am glad the son is in a better place. The daughter has to live with what happened. I think he should pay for what he did but give him a mental health check before hand.
