The protest that shut down one of Toronto's major roadways on Sunday moved to midtown and to Queen's Park on Monday, where members of the city's Tamil community are demanding the federal government do more to help end the civil war in their native Sri Lanka.

premier Ont protest way wrong closure highway Tamils
My question is how is the Canadian government going to put a end to the unrest in another country. The UN can make their presence known but short of invading a sovereign country you can not really tell that country what to do or not do.
