US Soldier In Pink Boxers

It seems the New York Times has placed the below photo on the front page of their paper showing a soldier in pink boxers (it says "I Love New York"). The soldier was dressed this way after being in a surprise attack by the Taliban as he was about to go to bed. Do you think these kinds of photos make 'fun' of something serious the US soldiers are doing?

Boxers Pink Soldier Us

I have seen people in much worse when it come to a surprise attack. I do not think this should be front page material but I do not mind it being shown. It shows that a soldier is human too even if they are at work 24/7.
