Brazilian Barbaric

21 years for killing and dismembering a young lady. Somehow I do not think that is very fair. I guess he got off easy because she was not a local.

My gosh, this is what drugs do to people. The victim really wasn't thinking when she was threatening the guy. The sentence was definetely "light" for the atrocious crime committed.
