Candida And Yeast Infection
For years, I suffered from what I thought were "mild" cases of yeast infections (or Candida, as some call it). Nothing more than a simple tube of Monistat wouldn't clear up.
It wasn't until I had a daughter and she started to suffer from chronic yeast infections that I started an on-line (and off-line!) crusade to understand more about the disease, why she (and I) have it and how we can get rid of it forever and be yeast free.
