ROAD TOWN, BVI -- St Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Denzil Douglas is taking the opportunity of meeting nationals from his country in the British and the United States Virgin Islands while he is in the BVI to attend the 49th Meeting of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).
