Comments: Jack is doing exactly as he is told in order to get out of his extradition to the USA That is to stay out of local politics, the limelight, shut up and pay up. He won't be left with a billionaire's status once all this is over. The lawyers are making a mint. You don't have to be a brain surgeon to workout what is going on in his affairs in this corrupt island.

Comments: Apparently there seems to be another escape route for Jack Warner which may halt proceedings against him and avoid his extradition to the USA. Yes FIFA is now claiming the repayment of tens of millions of dollars pocketed illegally by corrupt FIFA members and other football officials. Perhaps if Jack voluntarily agree to cough up the dough he may escape personal retribution.

Comments: I see Jack is gaining a bit of confidence and is in the limelight again. With the PNM politicians and the police looking after him. He could well be in line for the post of National Security Minister in the PNM. It will be quite easy for him to do.All he has to do is walk away from his newly formed party.

Jack Warner won the first part of his case today with Magistrate Aboud ruled that the US had not legitimate claims over Warner and he ordered the USA to pay his court fees.

Comments: Here is a local citizen being recognized as a [alleged] mastermind of corruption in the eyes of the world criminal experts. Jack Warner having been alleged of corruption on an unbelievable scale and using the well known saying to deny the charges saying 'I am not guilty of any wrong doings' but cannot give a legitimate account of how he became a billionaire. He also haven't got the guts to face the USA courts to prove his innocence. Having been indicted by the USA legal authorities on these charges and requested to be extradited to stand trial there sometime ago, he is still here walking around here as a fee man. Our corrupt police failed to follow up the promise of an investigation into his affairs. This was followed by our corrupt politicians and officials of the judiciary going out of the way to protect him ,and stop his extradition by purposely using delaying tactics in his favour. The impression given is that Jack Warner is using his wealth to buy his freedom and many legal and other officials here are lining their pockets with his stolen loot. This is a very bad example, of how seriously our politics, police and legal systems are corrupt and illegally administered on this island by citizens in positions of authority wearing masks of respectability. It is no wonder we are over burdened with lawlessness and serious crimes here and with this sort of public display of underhand misdemeanours by all those civic and legal persons and organisations involved in this case, will only encourage an increase in similar crimes. This just sends a message to our citizens that we are in deed a very corrupt nation, and they too stands a good chance of being protected where the criminal offence of corruption is concerned, because this crime has now become acceptable here.

Do note: According to the explanation I read INTERPOL cannot compel any member country to arrest the subject of a Red Notice so in effect, this is just a notice and nothing more. Jack Warner will only be arrested if he is arrested locally and handed over.
