I can't believe Smallville is going to last nine seasons! They have out done the other Superman series. I think its high time Clarke takes up the mantel of Superman and put on his cape. If they don't do it in this season I don't know that they'll ever do it. I'mm looking for any inside news about what we can expect, anyone know or do we have to wait til September?

Well, I can tell you that the actor playing Jimmy will not longer be on the show (Aaron Ashmore). Erica Durance (playing Lois Lane) WILL be in the show of course since the story is about her and superman, no? It MAY be possible that the actor playing Doomsday (Sam Witwer) will return to the show but this time playing Zod. Nothing confirmed but these are the rumors so far.
Season Smallville
The first episode airs September 25 in USA. It was moved from Thursday to Friday. At Comic con is was revealed that Tom Welling is now part of the production team and I'm pretty sure the show will go 10 seasons. It was also revealed that the first edisode would address the issue of flying. The first episode is entitled "Savior" and yeah, I'm pretty sure Sam Witwer will be returning as Zod.

Do you know if he will officially form the JLA this time? What about Lex Luthor who's going to play him?

If they are hoping to go to 10 seasons I bet they delay the flying for another season, if they ever do it. Too bad.

What do we have, like 10 days left? I'm particularly interested in the direction for Chloe's character. Remember the future heroes said that Chloe wasn't even mentioned in their history, maybe she does some kind of time warp thing and changes all - something I think is kind of a downer in storylines when used too often.
