Ever since December 11, 2006, when the vibrant and powerful Kenny Anthony was booted out by the St Lucian electorate and re-elected the aged John Compton, a political wind of change has started to blow across the Caribbean sea.. In fact, I should have stated that the change really started in May 2005.
