No I do not think she is justified to kill anyone. There are numerous programs and ways to help a person who is in an abusive relationship. To take a weapon and purposely kill another is a cheap way out of it. They are becoming the judge and jury and deciding on the death penalty. Who knows maybe their spouse could have been changed by taking anger management classes and getting some therapy to be a better person
