Opportunity As Complaints

I take complaints as a way to help myself to grow as a person. I view them as constructive criticism. IF I can learn from a complaint and be a better person then I welcome the complaint.

It depends how they're given. If they are given in a way that will encourage change then I am all for it, if they are given in a negative way I tend not to like it and get irritated.
