BASSETERRE, St Kitts (CUOPM) -- Closer functional co-operation between the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the United States Virgin Islands was discussed during the just concluded 49th Meeting OECS Heads of Government in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
