The patio umbrella and its pole could tip over and strike consumers if the umbrella?s collar or sleeve is not removed prior to closing the umbrella, posing a risk of impact injury to consumers.

I knew there was a reason I have not bought anything from the home depot lately. Granted you can not hold them responsible for this defect. I just think that if I am going to go out and buy something like a patio umbrella I am going to shop around.
