This is a 266 page document we are talking about here that was clearly labeled "HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL". You have to wonder just how safe the US is given how it treats it's secrets.

Things like this do not surprise me. When you have so many chiefs and not enough workers then you are going to get mistakes like this happening. I would not be surprised to see more interesting things show up on line. I wonder how many copied the file before it was taken down.

Maybe this was one reason for Pres. Obama's new Cyber Security Czar.

Additionally, the thing about the net - once you put it online it never leaves, who knows how many people downloaded this.
