Us Elected Judges
Elected judges can be forced to step aside
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled yesterday that elected judges must step aside in "extreme" cases in which huge campaign contributions create the perception that they will be biased in favor of their campaign benefactors. Ref. Source 2

WOW how did they ever come up with this judgement. You would think that this kind of thing would be a no brainer but I guess it too other judges to tell them that they need to step aside. Geesh I think even the sheeple would know that if you come up to preside over a contributor you need to say I can not do this because of a biased opinion.
