Comments: Not sure Broken Hill is a great place if you know wind meteorology in relation to PBL (Planetary Boundary Layer), it seems that is probably a bit slow out there for moving air. There are probably better places in some coastal regions where it has ranges and the land is quite useless for anything except wind farming.
