I just listened to the latest conference on this issue. Here are some details:

1. The same guard that held opened the door for James W. Von Brunn is the same guard that he immediately shot

2. The FBI is looking at charging him with hate crimes as well, but they have to see if that 'line' was crossed.

3. He left a list of names and addresses in his car that the FBI has contacted.
