I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here

There is a new show on NBC which started at the beginning of June 2009. It involves about 11 celebrities (although the numbers keep fluctuating as some have chosen to leave or were voted off by the public) who are thrust in the middle of a jungle in Costa Rica. They are forced to live without their luxuries such as air conditioning, tasty food, no bed and just bare necessities. The celebrities have been divided into two teams: men vs women and they are forced to compete for sumptuous meals. The winning team however, is not allowed to share the food with the losing team. Viewers are shown how the celebrities bicker amongst themselves and how the leader of the camp struggles to diffuse each situation.

I saw the show once for like 10 minutes and then changed the channel. Another "survivor" version.

We watched a little of it. It's sort of like Survivor and Fear Factor combined. What a bunch of weirdos these celebrities are! What I said was, "Get ME out of here!"

My wife like reality tv. Even though it is not real she still enjoys watching it. She watched this show to its conclusion. I guess her favorite person won because she was happy at the end of the show.
