Smoking and chewing tobacco are so dangerous, and yet it's a huge struggle to convince those who use it of its deadly effects -- and not just for themselves, but those who are affected by the second-hand smoke and the deaths of loved ones.
I honestly don't know if this bill will change anything at all in the fight against tobacco. It just seems like more legislation of pointless rules. Will moving billboard advertising for cigarettes 1,000 yards from schools really reduce smoking amongst our youth? Will removing ads from teen magazines really make a difference?
