Anyone saw the TLC coverage of the World's Strongest Toddler: "Liam Hoekstra"? He was born with a rare condition that gives his body a lean fatless look with strong muscles. His sister, Morgan Hoekstra, follows him all over the house as he is always filled with energy. Liam's parents struggle to get him to sleep.

Scientists are researching what is causing this in him BUT they are also concerned that if it is discovered and able to be reproduced then athletes will immediately abuse it.
