Altough every comedian mentioned is extremely funny, I think that Richard Pryor should be added to the list for his outrageousely funny stand up acts. In movies, however, Jim Carrey is the funniest man I've seen in his earlier movies (Mask, Ace Ventura, etc.). Unfortunately, he isn't the same anymore. But the list could go on and on. The members of Whose Line is it Anyway? and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart are the two funniest shows on TV. To pick just one comedian, for me is next to impossible, but Robin Williams: Live on Broadway is the funniest thing I have ever seen. Ever.
Without a doubt...Dennis Miller. You got to brush up on your history before going to see him or you might miss out on a few wise cracks, but the insight and analogies to many things that happen in our government and homes is a riot. I saw him for the taping of the HBO special...Dennis Miller Goes to Washington at Listner Auditorium in Washington DC. I laughed so hard my face was numb.
