Obama Signs Tobacco Bill, Notes Personal Struggle

President Obama signed Monday into law an anti-smoking bill that gives the Food and Drug Administration unprecedented authority to regulate tobacco.The president lauded the legislation saying, "I know how difficult it can be to break this habit."
