Obama Administration Calls Pro-Lifers Terrorists Again
Once again, the Obama administration has called 'terrorists" the majority of Americans who support the pro-life view on abortion. A January 2012 Department of Homeland Security document is making the rounds on the Internet and it paints an unflattering picture of pro-life Americans.
The January, 31, 2012 document is titled, "Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970 to 2008? and was released by the Behavioral Sciences Division of the department.
"The authors of this report are Gary LaFree, director of START and professor of criminology at the University of Maryland, and Bianca Bersani, assistant professor of sociology at the University of Massachusetts-Boston," the document says. Ref. Source 4

Poll: Americans Back Late Abortion Ban, Women More Pro-Life
As we all know, there are so many effects that abortion has on our society and the whole world. What seems to be overlooked is how abortion can hurt the economy. People make the mistake that abortion is solely a moral issue, and therefore cannot be related to the effects of the economy.
In the United States, we have a national debt nearing $16 trillion, which has surpassed the nation's annual GDP. In other words, our federal government is spending beyond our means. Since abortion was legalized in 1973 by Roe v. Wade, over 50 million babies have died, with over 3,000 killed on a daily basis. Ref. Source 4
President Obama's "Covert Zeal" Supporting Unlimited Abortion
Abraham Lincoln faced a similar problem in 1854 when he spoke of the "covert zeal" of President Franklin Pierce and Sen. Stephen A. Douglas for the spread of slavery. These leading Democrats never said they were in favor of slavery. They simply viewed the right of whites to choose slavery for blacks as a 'sacred principle of self-government." Lincoln abhorred this subterfuge.
President Obama doesn't talk about abortion much. He famously tried to avoid the question in 2008 when Pastor Rick Warren asked him what rights, if any, unborn children have. "The answer to that question is above my pay grade," he said then. With his strong election victory, Barack Obama was promoted to the office where the buck stops, where such questions demand an answer. His answer has been clear: None. The unborn have no rights at any time, in any context. Ref. Source 5
First Plaintiff Beats Obama HHS-Abortion Mandate in Court
A federal court issued an order Friday that halts enforcement of the Obama administration's abortion pill mandate against a Colorado family-owned business while an Alliance Defending Freedom lawsuit challenging the mandate continues in court. The decision only applies to the company, and the court emphasized the ruling did not apply nationwide.
The mandate has generated massive opposition from pro-life groups because it forces employers, regardless of their religious or moral convictions, to provide insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and contraception under threat of heavy penalties. Ref. Source 9
Obamacare's Pro-Abortion HHS Mandate Takes Effect Tomorrow
Despite one positive ruling in a case allowing a company to be exempted from the Obamacare HHS mandate, the pro-abortion mandate that pro-life groups strenuously oppose will take effect tomorrow.
A memo from the Catholic Association explains how the ruling was a positive step but not sufficient to stop the mandate nationwide.
"Last week, a federal court dealt a major blow to the Department of Health and Human Services" mandate requiring employers to provide contraception, sterilization, and abortion-causing drugs in their healthcare plans," it said. Ref. Source 1
Obama: I "won't Give Any Ground" Defending Unlimited Abortion
President Barack Obama made it clear, yet again, that he will not yield when it comes to promote and supporting abortion on demand for any reason throughout pregnancy.
Appearing at a conference of liberal bloggers in New York City, Obama pledged "not to give any ground" when it comes to the issue of abortion. Ref. Source 2
Obama Ad Attacks Romney on Abortion, "Not the 1950s"
The Obama campaign is out with a new TV spot that slams Mitt Romney, for the umpteenth time, for his position favoring revoking federal taxpayer funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business.
The ad features short statements by women who express concern over Romney's pro-life positions. One woman claims Romney is "out of touch with the average woman's health issues" while another claims he can't "even understand the mindset of someone who has to go to Planned Parenthood." The ad finishes with a third woman surmising, "I think Romney would definitely drag us back." Ref. Source 5
