Record sentence for torturing and killing dog

A 19-year-old Dunedin man who tortured and killed a dog has been jailed for a year - the longest sentence yet for animal cruelty. Ref. Source 4

Cruelty Animal Jail

I think that we need to jail these people as they turn into human murderers after they no longer get their thrill off of animals. We also need to get them into therapy.
