Woman Murdered In Police Station Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

Is there no end is sight to these senseless murders? This young lady was doing the right in trying to get to a safe haven instead of ending up dead in some lonely place she died in the compound of a police station. Why did they even shoot her? just leave, run like hell, now they have murder on their hands. An innocent person died. Quick justice in needed in this case. Set an example. Do something let all criminals with the same intentions feel fear.

Seepaz, Trinidad & Tobago has become the kind of place that there is little if any care or consideration for your fellowman. The way people behave in the street, pavement, social gatherings and so forth all show a rude, careless and bully-like attitude. This exists from the highest parts of government to children who can no longer say "Good Morning" or speak properly because there minds are filled with mobile phones and games. Therefore crimes like these and many others we report here are generally ignored save for those who become the victims. This is why I can't stand the ignorant fools who sometimes try to come here and post stupid messages saying how good Trinidad & Tobago is to live or how much they love the country, yet they write this from New York and Toronto. rolleyes.gif Sad thing is that in those countries there would be an utter outrage at 270 murders in six months. There would be huge protests for what happened to Camile, but not here - they are worrying whether Carnival will be hindered by Swine Flu.

I was terrified hearing these news. Once you are out, walking the streets or driving like in this case, you are a target of crime no matter what time of the day. It concerns me deeply, specially as a woman. I really NEED to get my family out of here, praying for a way.

Wow, imagine a kid that just turned 17 in January is the responsible for the murder of this woman. He has not shown any emotion at all for what he has done. It is truly scary to walk or drive in the streets of Trinidad and Tobago.
