Real Estate Ethics
As a parent you may have to pick up your children on the way to an appointment, but do you feel it is really ethical to have your children with you while showing a home to prospective clients?
I don't think the word is "ethical" but "unprofessional". If I am looking at buying a home I require 100% of the attention of the real estate agent, if she/he cannot provide that then they're not the person for the job.

Of course not, it's not fair for the clients to have to put up with your kids running up and down and not able to get your full attention.

I do not think you should bring anyone with you that is not part of your job. If the children are young then the clients may feel like it is not the right time to ask questions or view the property because they will see you fussing with the child / not giving them your full attention.

I don't think the word "ethical" is the correct word to describe this. I think it is not appropriate to take your kids to a business deal. I know some people are very casual about their work place but I'm not one of them.
