Tic Tac Toe is pretty simple, once you know where to make your mark you can never lose really, however, if you ever get sloppy then you will sorry.

I guess I qualify as a big child. I really enjoy games such as this with a computer. It is fun to see how many different ways I can find to beat the computer. JB is correct that it is rather simple to find where you can mark and always win, but how many different attacks can you provide to capture the computer?

It's also called naughts and crosses in the UK too, I love this game, I play it with the kids that I babysit for, normally I lose! But it's great fun anyway

Tic Tac Toe must be the most simplest game that you can play anywhere. Kids will probably learn this game first in their entire life, and its definently fun. Once you get the hang of it, it actually takes some brain though to beat an opponent, other times its luck.

At first it is fun but after drawing each game with the computer it gets kinda boring.

I don't find any enjoyment in it now. I know how to win or draw, no matter what. So playing someone either means: (I) he doesn't know the game well enough so I take advantage of him or (ii) he DOES know it as well, which means it will always be a draw.

Now 3-D checkers is fun. That's a tough one.

I rember spending hours playing thes when driving in the car, we had a small chalk board. Hangman, 20 questions and sos where the back ups. I agree with tordog once you know the game it is hard to lose.
