I am not sure about this one....it is a kite or an arrow?

OK Smartie Pants... Try these ones 
1) Be you ever so quick, with vision keen, by your eyes, we are never seen. Unless perchance it should come to pass, you see our reflection in a looking glass.
2) This is in a realm of true and in a realm false, but you experience me as you turn and toss.
3) What book was once owned by only the wealthy, but now everyone can have it? You can't buy it in a bookstore or take it from a library?
