Cow Poop Problem
Someone posted this as an Ad in Craiglist, I had an obvious solution for it, do you?

We have cows that keep pooping and it's more than we can handle. Every day there is more cow nonsense piling up and my husband is starting to panic. He works at [..] and doesn't have the time to figure out what to do with all of it. I work too, and I dread coming home each night only to see the cows have pooped another mountain. Please, if you know what can be done about this situation, please let us know as we are at wits end. The stench is becoming unbearable here and I can hardly eat my salad right now as I type this. |
With a cow you can sell them, or kill and eat them, problem all solved to me.
This is funny,
I live in a small town and someone moved right next door to a dairy farm (I think they were from California). The next day they called the police to complain of the smell. The police pretty much told them that there was nothing they could do and they should not have moved to a farming town if they did not want to smell manure. I think they eventually tried to sue the dairy farmer, but I am not sure what came of it.
It happens in our town a lot - we have lots of dairy farms and horse ranches. Some of the dairies sold out to developers a few years ago, so the homes are built literally on top of manure pits.
One of our neighbor church members recently said, "I didn't realize how close we were to the dairy." Their house was not 1/2 mile from the biggest one in the valley! Didn't they see that when they toured the house? Didn't they smell it then?!? And let's not get started on the fly problems.
One bonus? Great, green, lush landscaping
Is all that methane floating around flammable? Just imagine you light a match and *whoomph*. That's no laughing matter just wondering.
