I think Opium holds the top results for drug abuse in Thailand. It is used and also illegally exported from the country. Marijuana is also grown and used there. You can even find cocaine and meth addicts as well as alcoholics in Thailand. There are rehabs in the country, so the drug use is not as accepted as some may think.
