Comments: I just saw this show - and wow! Kudos to him for doing this without gastric bypass. Some very generous folks donated cosmetic dentistry and surgery. He had some surgery on his face, but I'm not sure what - maybe cheek implants. He sure is smokin hot now and had a great smile. I'm sure he will get plenty of dates now! You can tell he still sees himself as super obese. He is so afraid women are just gong to laugh in him face if he asks for their number.

Comments: I couldn't sleep so I started watching tlc and yes oh yes it was a great story. Sadly to say I am over 400lbs and his story is mind blowing. I to want to enter into a world of weight losing. To be honest I haven't ever had trouble getting girls, but my weight is starting to be a major problem for a 40yr old black man. I have 3 kids and now my girlfriend is pregnant. This is me being 40 with 4kids and 400 something odd pounds. Hopefully my life is to be different after tonight.
