ST THOMAS, USVI -- US Virgin Islands Governor John deJongh held the latest in his administration’s series of community meetings on Wednesday night with residents of the Tutu Valley neighbourhood on St Thomas. About 70 persons attended the three-hour meeting at the Wilhelm George Community Center.
