KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- Health Minister, Rudyard Spencer, has urged international organizations to exert their influence in finding an urgent solution to the chronic problem of migration in the health sector to curtail the effects on developing countries. Spencer spoke at the official launch of the World Bank report.
