My goodness, when are the laws going to be enforced with regards to PH drivers? Because the initiative of making them legal without fulfilling the requirements that H drivers have to go through, is both stupid and dangerous.

Who was the brighter guy that thought in making these illegal cars, legal? Warner? He really have nothing better to do. They're a danger to the people and still nothing is being done to stop it....we're really a banana republic yes.
