This man carjacked an innocent man called Barry Thomas and shot him dead back in 2006 at a taco stand. He was freed TWICE under bond and then disappeared before he was supposed to appear in court.

Whoever was handling this case (judge) is absolutely irresponsible, after the police caught him for the second time why the judge allow him bail again? It's beyond me!

Hope they catch him soon!
