What are your thoughts about the exercise equipment known as a "Treadmill"?

Treadmill Sports & Fashion Music Movies

I have found that as the colder days get near that once again I would rather walk on a treadmill and watch tv as I do it. This helps me stay warmer and not have to worry about slipping on the ice and I can get some good exercise while not missing my favorite tv programs.

Very smart idea, no sense risking major injury just to get in a little exercise in. My only point is that after awhile it may seem a bit monotonous.
